Chris Cole is a contractor who specializes in restoring fire, water, and storm damage to homes and businesses. He has been a professional restorer for 27 years, and his specialty is assisting homeowners through each phase of the damage restoration process: reaching agreements with insurers, dealing with mortgage companies, and then properly rebuilding the home and restoring its value and enjoyment. Chris is the owner of Sentry Construction Company located in Macon, GA. He is the author of the book “How to Survive Your Homeowners Insurance Claim . . . and still be friends with your insurance company!”
He holds several pinnacle designations in the restoration and construction industry, including the coveted Certified Restorer (CR) and Water Loss Specialist (WLS) designations from the Restoration Industry Association and the Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR) designation from the National Association of Homebuilders. He also holds a number of other designations and certifications, such as Certified Mold Remediator and Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Chris lives in Macon, GA with his wife and daughter. He is active in his church, is an avid reader, and enjoys playing guitar and scuba diving. He keeps himself fit practicing Taekwondo, where he holds the rank of Sixth Degree Black Belt.
